I wanted to make a blue type layout. I aint use this color in a while I dont think. I wanted it to be a layout that loaded faster, so the layout you see is basically made up of backgrounds, just repeating over and over.
The main reason for this layout is the navigation. I been wanting drop down menu like that for a long time. I finally figured out how to do it. I actually stole the code from Cingular Wireless.com. Saw the navi, was like "wow" read the sorce took me like 2-3 days to figure out the script and BAM I have my new navigation system.
